Shipping Notice for U.S. Territories & Hawaii

Orders shipped to U.S. territories & Hawaii may require an additional 1–2 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. (Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be delivered latest on Friday of the following week)

This includes destinations such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

UPS – Package Acceptance Cut-Off Times

  • Monday–Friday: Ground & Air Shipping — 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: Ground & Air Shipping — 1:00 PM

UPS Operating Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

USPS Operating Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

We recommend placing your orders before the listed cut-off times to avoid delays in processing and shipment.

UPS Next Day Air & Second Day Air – Service Notice

Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will have expected UPS delivery service starting on Monday.

Please note that if the following business day falls on a holiday, shipping may be further delayed. Unexpected circumstances such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or operational delays may also impact delivery timelines. We recommend placing your order a few days in advance to avoid potential delays.

Shipping costs are non-refundable during this time in accordance with UPS & USPS official service notices.
