Preparation:

1. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 40–50°C (104–122°F).
   2. Pour 2/3 of the prepared water into the bottle.
   3. Add the recommended amount of powder to the bottle.
   4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously.
   5. Add the remaining water and shake vigorously several more times.
   6. Allow to cool to drinking temperature (approximately 37°C/99°F). Check the temperature.
   
   Pour the ready-to-drink formula into a (training) cup. 
   
   

   Serving size 175 ml = 150 ml boiled water + 25 g powder (3-4 tablespoons)
   Serving size 210 ml = 180 ml boiled water + 30 g powder (4-5 tablespoons)
