How to Prepare and Serve

  1. Start by placing about 2 tablespoons (20g) of cereal in a bowl. Then, add around 4 tablespoons (60ml) of warm water that has just been boiled.
  2. Stir everything together and let it cool. Always check the temperature before serving to make sure it’s not too hot.

You can adjust the amount you feed your baby based on their appetite. If you’d like a thicker or thinner consistency, simply add more or less water.
