We ship orders on the same day, Monday to Friday, as long as they are placed before 3:00 PM Central Time. Saturday before 11:00 AM Central Time
How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100, which takes between 1 to 5 days for delivery within the U.S. Shipping in Texas takes 1-3 days. This service uses UPS Ground and USPS Ground. Please note that orders placed close to weekends or holidays may experience longer shipping times, and we cannot be responsible for unforeseen delays. For orders under $100, there is a small shipping fee of $10.
If you need faster shipping, we provide UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR: If your order ships on Friday, expect delivery on the following Monday.
Please keep in mind that delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and may change. For any delays or inquiries about your order, please reach out to the carrier directly, as we only purchase shipping services from them. During busy holiday seasons, please allow extra time for delivery due to increased demand.
How do I track my package?
You can track your package using the tracking number sent to your email.
Lost or Missing Package
We will assist you through our customer service email with updates on your order’s transit, but we cannot be held responsible for parcels after they leave our facility and are handed over to the carrier.
If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check the following:
- Confirm the shipping address
- Look for any delivery attempt notices
- Check the delivery area for your package
- See if someone else accepted the delivery
- Remember that some packages may go through multiple carriers; check your mailbox and other mail-receiving locations.
Delivery issues are beyond our control, and we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Your tracking URL allows you to escalate delivery issues with the shipping provider. We will assist with claims for lost or damaged items but cannot issue refunds until we receive compensation from the carrier.
Change of Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses at the time of ordering. While our team will attempt to accommodate address changes after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee these changes will be made. Mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses will not be eligible for refunds. We advise against mail redirection requests, as this may result in packages being sent to the original address.
Delivery Delays
Despite our shipping providers’ best efforts to deliver within 1-6 business days, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We advise allowing up to 2-3 weeks for delivery during busy holiday seasons. Note that weekends are not included in the business day calculation, as not all carriers operate on these days. Delays caused by carriers, including import and customs processing, are not eligible for refunds.
Can I return my order?
To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, we do not accept returns. Our items come directly from manufacturers in Europe, and we manage their handling and storage closely. If your baby initially dislikes a product, please remember it may take time for them to adjust to a new formula. We prioritize safety, and once the formula, food leaves our facility, we cannot accept it back. However, if the inner foil containing your formula powder arrives damaged, please contact us at littleonespantry@gmail.com for assistance.
If Your Order Is Incorrect
Although rare, mistakes in fulfillment can occur. If you receive the wrong items, we will send a replacement at no cost.
To request a replacement for an incorrect order:
- Take a photo of the items you received and their packaging.
- Email the photo to littleonespantry@gmail.com.
- We will send out the correct items promptly and provide a shipping label for you to return the incorrect products.
Please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Please note that a 3% credit card transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund. Credit card processing fees from payment providers are non-refundable, meaning we do not recover that amount when a customer changes their mind, which affects our overall transaction costs. We work diligently to prepare and ship your order quickly, and it may be packed before you receive your shipping confirmation.
